I co-founded CPG Technologies and led its business operations, financial planning, partnerships and production processes. Our work covered client game development and products we developed internally.
My responsibility was to keep teams, clients and partners aligned, connect delivery with commercial priorities and build the processes behind the work.

coBox was a Web3 gaming project we delivered through CPG Technologies. I led the game-development pipeline and business operations, coordinated stakeholders and worked on partnerships and funding.

Xeur AI was our own initiative within CPG Technologies, exploring AI tools for game creation, software development and research workflows.
I led business operations, systems, automation and partnerships. I secured $350K+ in cloud and infrastructure support involving Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and NVIDIA, and helped the initiative access NVIDIA Inception and Google for Startups Cloud.

Mavens
I co-founded Mavens, an FMCG venture selling flavoured popcorn under the Popups brand in Ranchi. We raised ₹40 lakh and ran sales and distribution directly into local shops.
COVID disrupted the business. We kept selling until the full ₹40 lakh invested in it had been repaid.

CareerGeeks
I co-founded CareerGeeks during my first year at Jadavpur University. We created competitive-exam preparation content, including a JEE test series distributed through YouTube.
I led marketing, content, distribution and early user acquisition. It was my first experience of turning an idea into something people could discover and use.
